An incredible act of God happened at our medical camp in August 2013.
I was stationed in the prayer tent with Kenyan pastors. Everyone is
offered prayer before they go to the medical tents. Often times, the sick are
healed by the Lord in the prayer tent.
One of the pastors was very excited after I prayed with the first
woman. He told me it was rare for a Muslim to accept prayer from a Christian. I
did not know she was a Muslim, and recalled that they always refused prayer at
previous medical camps. By the end of the fourth day, we had prayed with more
than 40 Muslim people. Some were healed instantly!
The last woman I prayed with – Habiba – was overjoyed that God had
healed her condition. She embraced me after our time of prayer and invited the
pastor to her home the next day. It was truly a miracle of God!
