Back to Kenya!

Yes, it is true! I am returning to Kenya, Africa with Open Arms International. We have a truly international team that consists of members from the US, Canada, UK, Japan, Kenya, and Uganda. Six of us leave Portland, Oregon at noon tomorrow (6/27/09). We will meet up with several UK team members in Amsterdam and fly to Nairobi together. 

Most of us will stay in Nairobi two nights before flying to Eldoret, Kenya on June 30th. While in Nairobi,  Taxi George and I will arrange for cultural opportunities to help the team transition to Kenyan life. 

We have a full schedule of outreach while in Eldoret, including construction work at the Open Arms Village, prison visit, four medical clinics, etc. Please keep us in your prayers for safe journey and open hearts for what God has planned for us.
